The Queens Canopy trees are in need of some new stakes and TLC. This from Deborah Daw:
Dear Green Martinstown,
We have planned some maintenance work on the 70 trees which we planted for the Queens Platinum Green Canopy. We will be replacing 18 wobbly posts and replacing 7 trees.
You are all welcome to come and help (or just come and chat!). All friends and family are welcome.
It is on Saturday 22nd February 2025 at 11 am.
Useful things to bring, if you have them – spade, trowel, secateurs or scissors, a post banger (to bang posts in).
It’s at Grove Hill Bottom – please walk, not drive. We’ll be based at the far end – please check in with Andy or Deborah Daw when you arrive.
